Detailed Description:
First Planet Software, Inc. is a Software Services Provider; supplying expert level consultants for renewable assignments of 6 months duration or greater.
Our sales business model shall assertively target large corporate clients with IT Departments that require multiple consultants to fill contract software development &/or testing positions of preferably high skill levels and responsibilities. Initially, the focus will be on the Cincinnati Metro Area, but in the future will expand into additional major U.S. cities and possibly abroad within a determined period of time.
We seek a well rounded, creative, and dedicated Corporate Sales Executive with a nimble and flexible perspective to help us expand our customer base, develop and maintain client relationships, acquire new accounts, generate purchase orders for contractors, and assist us as needed in recruiting the talent to fill consulting positions; plus additional duties as may be determined.
The Corporate Sales Executive shall be the following: an
Outgoing and dynamic Marketer who understands and utilizes the various selling methodologies and models; a
Creative Recruiting Magician who can tap into hidden sources of technical expertise; an Enthusiastic, forthright Client Advocate with a strong sense of dedication and service to others; and an
Enterprising motivated Service Representative able to harness opportunity and timing with good old fashioned industrialism.

Directing the Sales efforts and Helping to grow the company via the creation of Purchase Orders per a unique projected monthly / annual amount is the Number One responsibility of the Corporate Sales Executive.
As our future needs may arise to hire additional sales people, this Corporate Sales Executive shall also provide the needed mentoring and coaching to support multiple Corporate Sales positions.
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible to regularly coordinate with the First Planet Software Billing Department to assist with efficient billing and to track / pursue timely payment by the Client.
Core Sales Responsibilities: Create Purchase Orders and build up Revenue for First Planet Software, Inc.’s software services business by doing the following:
1. Target and Pursue New Clients on a planned basis;
2. Obtain New Accounts on a regular basis;
3. Generate New Purchase Orders (Open / Negotiate / Close deals);
4. Maintain existing client base via various methods;
5. Maintain existing positions via various methods;
6. Track daily all essential sales figures and time lines;
7. Provide monthly expense reports;
8. Provide regular weekly progress reporting / maintain current Call Sheets on the following items: Leads to pursue;
Calls made when and to whom, Contacts, Opportunities and Negotiations in Progress, Successful Sales, Customer Satisfaction, Lessons Learned, Issues to be resolved, etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
9. Initiate and Set up First Planet Software Corporate exposure to qualified local clients via planned luncheons for the purpose to Make Introductions, establish warm calls, obtain new accounts, and generate purchase orders;
10. Assist as needed to advise and mentor others on the team regarding various business and marketing matters - not to exclude expansion issues - both domestic and possibly abroad;
11. Assist as needed during times of talent recruiting;
